CONSTITUTION DAY OBSERVANCE
The United States Constitution established America's national government and fundamental laws, and guaranteed certain basic rights for its citizens. Constitution Day is a Federal Observance to commemorate the formation and signing of the United States Constitution. The Constitution was signed on September 17, 1787 and is celebrated on September 17th each year. Please join CACC in celebrating Constitution Day!
